Team Leader Daily Responsibilities
- Previous customer service, CRM or sales experience is required- we are looking for excellent communicators
- Great interpersonal skills, works well within a collaborative environment
- Educate and interact with potential customers to get them energized and excited about our marketing promotions
- Use strategic skills and techniques to coach and develop other crew members
- Ensure your team meets weekly goals
- Collaborate with various team members, assistant managers, and representatives to hit daily and weekly team goals
- Flexibility to work non-traditional schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Works well independently or in a team setting
- Comfortable standing and walking while on the job
- Great people skills: interacting with customers on a daily basis is a must in this client facing role
- Ability to use computers and handheld electronic devices
- Comfortable reporting to management providing feedback and constructive criticism
- Desire to grow and coach others in a competitive and fun environment
- Two-year minimum of continuous training and opportunities to progress your career (All of our Management Team first joined in a Customer Success or Admin Team Leader Role).
