Average First Year Agents Earn $65K (Combination of Base Uncapped Commission)

Work from Home After Training (B2B Outside Sales)

Role and Responsibilities:
Champion AAA membership products, securing partnerships with businesses and organizations across your designated territory
Utilize diverse sources to prospect, cultivate, and capitalize on sales leads
Build a strong professional network through proactive prospecting and effective networking strategies
Proactively follow up on leads, identifying cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to meet the unique needs and interests of clients
Represent AAA at various events, showcasing our membership benefits and services to diverse audiences
Demonstrate a relentless pursuit of sales targets, continuously refining skills and thriving in a competitive marketplace
Embrace occasional overnight travel within the state for events, training, and meetings, contributing to statewide growth and success
Qualifications:
Experience in Outside Sales, Field Sales, Door-to-Door Sales or Territory Sales preferred
B2B sales experience preferred
Proven track record in sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
Experience identifying and qualifying potential clients through various means, such as cold calling and networking
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and discipline to work independently
Possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire
Successful completion of background check and drug screen
Must occasionally be physically able to lift and or move more than 25lbs
