TITLESPECIALIST

Texas Lone Star Auto Auction - Lubbock has immediate openings for an experienced Title Specialist tohelp manage our expanding business needs. We are looking for a committed andcompetent individual with strong organizational skills. This position requiresan individual to work on multiple tasks at once and execute with precision and commonsense.

This is an excellentopportunity for a smart, articulate, high energy professional who is interestedin working with a growing company.

The successful candidate willdemonstrate a positive can-do attitude, and be willing to work in a small close-knitteam environment. Must have the drive to follow through on tasks with excellentcommunication skills. Positive attitude, team player to fit intoour family environment.

Must have previous titleexperience!

  • Job Duties:
  • Prepare and process title paperwork for all new and used vehicles (in state and out of state)
  • Prepare and process lender paperwork for approval and funding. Verify that all funds have been received.
  • Work closely with sales department, customers, and management to complete sales quotes, deals, title paperwork and loan paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem resolution specific to titles and/or financing
  • Assist with multiple clerical functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • All team members partake in receiving, routing, resolving inbound customer calls; Provide exceptional customer service in the store and over the phone; Respond to customer inquiries and messages in a timely manner. Deliver positive, friendly custome service. 
  • Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Title processing experience a must. 
  • Well-rounded technology capability – ability to operate multiple computer programs and have the ability to learn new programs easily.
  • Organized and detail oriented
