Job Description Summary

Job Description
- Lead, supervise, and motivate associates to meet production goals.
- Delegate tasks and provide guidance to team members on daily operations.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback, coaching, and support for skill development.
- Ensure production schedules are followed, and any delays or issues are addressed promptly and reported to Supervisor or Area Manager.
- Monitor machine operations and address any production inefficiencies or mechanical issues.
- Ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards.
- Collaborate with quality control departments to identify and resolve defects or quality issues.
- Implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Promote and enforce workplace safety standards and protocols.
- Administrative Duties:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
