What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class A Building Full Time Day Cleaner position at AB Facility Services?
AB Facility Services is looking for a Day Cleaner to provide the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area in a Commercial Class A Building.
Essential Functions:
· Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities. Performs cleaning duties such as: washing walls and glass and removing trash.
· Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs.
· Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
· Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
· Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Responsibilities:
· Vacuum all carpets wall to wall.
· Remove spots from the carpet that can be removed with standard spotting.
· Sweep all hard surface floors.
· Clean and sanitize drinking.
· Spot clean metal doorframes and door tracks.
· Remove fingerprints from elevator doors.
· Clean all open stairwells surfaces.
· Damp mop all hard surface floors.
· Clean all entrance door glass on both sides and polish frames.
· Dust all ledges.
· Vacuum entrance.
· Polish all brass and metal.
· Remove all trash collected.
· Clean and deodorize trash containers.
· Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Must be 18 years of age or older.
· Must meet all requirements to work legally in the U.S.

MUST BE RELIABLE
Work Schedule:
· Full-time, Day Shift
· Monday-Friday
· 7:00AM-3:30PM (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT AVALIABLE THE STATED HOURS)
*$13/HOUR
