We are looking for a motivated Senior Supply Chain Coordinator - Operations Lead to join our team at AB Vista, a leading provider of feed enzymes and part of AB Agri under Associated British Foods. Some key responsibilities will include:
- Manage imports, oversee production site movements, and ensure seamless replenishment aligned with the Global S&OP process.
- Optimize inventory availability and turnover to maintain efficiency and prevent shortages.
- Implement SLAs, negotiate contracts, and optimize third-party logistics to enhance cost efficiency and operations.
- Advise key stakeholders across the supply chain while managing packaging purchases and ensuring accurate product labeling.
- Enhance supplier and order management, drive process improvements, and develop key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data accuracy for products, contracts, and pricing while serving as a Microsoft D365 Super User and supporting leadership.

- Supply Chain Expertise – University degree in Business Management, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
- ERP & Data Management – Strong understanding of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strategic Planning – Experience in transportation, logistics, and supply chain operations at a global level.
- Problem-Solving & Analytics – Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve challenges independently.
- Negotiation & Process Improvement – Proven ability to negotiate contracts, implement process improvements, and optimize logistics.
