Position Duties :
- Provide operations and maintenance support, including planning, designing, configuring, and deploying solutions within the ServiceNow platform using customer, IT, and employee workflows
- Possess relevant experience and domain knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
- Assist in all technical aspects of assigned projects
- Perform configuration and development activities for the ServiceNow solution based on agreed-upon requirements
- Train team members and transfer knowledge as needed
- Offer technical leadership and guidance on ServiceNow and ITIL best practices
- Foster strong customer relationships and emphasize teamwork in service delivery

- IT Service Management Module Certified Implementation Specialist IT Service Management
- IT Operation Module Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Certified Implementation Specialist Cloud Provisioning and Governance, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping
- Enterprise Integration Hub ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist - Service Provider
- IT Business Management Module Certified Implementation Specialist in Application Portfolio Management, Project Portfolio Management

Minimum Qualifications :
- Experience with delivery of ServiceNow in the Public Sector.
- Experience with co-delivery of at least three (3) engagements with ServiceNow within the previous twelve (12) months.
- Certifications : ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (preferably ITSM) Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator Certified PMP Project Manager
Position Details :
- Pay Rate / Range : $50-$62.50
- The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position’s responsibilities;
the candidate’s experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.
