ABC Plumbing, Sewer, Heating, Cooling and Electric is one of the top-rated residential service providers in the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs. ABC is looking for an outstanding full-time Auditor who is an efficient, detail-oriented problem solver and has excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Sorting, Coding, and reviewing the accuracy of service tickets
- Tracking and reporting on issues related to complete and proper documentation of technicians’ paperwork
- Conduct audits of customer accounts to verify billing accuracy and completeness
- Collaboration and working effectively with field personnel, sales, accounting and customer service
- Performing other responsibilities and special projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have proficient math skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively and work independently
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of ERP systems and programs such as Word and Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Excel Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
