Responsibilities
Tax Compliance Responsibilities:
Preparation and review of complex multi-state returns, consolidated returns, and foreign reporting for businesses and entities.
Preparation and review of tax returns for high-net-worth individuals.
Understanding of foreign tax concepts for individual and business returns.
Experience with Forms 990 and 990-PF is advantageous.
Client Interaction And Management
Direct interaction with partners and clients.
Management of numerous client accounts

Requirements
Education and Certification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Master’s Degree highly preferred).
CPA designation or eligibility to meet 150 credit requirements for CPA.
Software Proficiency
Knowledge of ProSystem Tax or OneSource Trust Tax is beneficial.
Expertise
U.S. GAAP/GAAS knowledge and U.S. tax expertise.
Experience
Prior work experience in public accounting with exposure to individual, corporation, and partnership taxation.
