Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage clerical tasks efficiently. Bilingual candidates who speak Spanish are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls using phone systems, ensuring effective phone etiquette.
- Track resident transport and maintain all necessary forms for use.
- Perform clerical duties including letter writing, creating memos, signage, and data entry.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly..
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with long term care receptionist duties is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Point Click Care preferred.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is an asset.
- Knowledge of clerical tasks and office procedures.
