Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and maintaining accurate medical documentation.

Duties

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and reporting to the healthcare team.
• Maintain comprehensive medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Stay updated on medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to enhance patient care quality.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Experience in patient care settings preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient advocacy and care excellence.
