We are looking for a lead RBT for our Crown Crescent clinic! Please see the details of the role listed below.
Role: Lead Registered Behavior Technician
Hours: 8:25a – 4:30p
Pay: The starting pay for this position is $19/hour. This can be adjusted depending on the amount of time you have been employed with ABLE Kids.
Summary: The Lead RBT is responsible for providing assistance as required in the clinic. This role requires at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience and an active RBT credential that is in good standing. This role reports to the clinic BCBA.
Having a can-do attitude, always willing to help, always going the extra mile to help create a unified team. Willing and eager to fill in at fellow ABLE locations on occasion…we are all ONE ABLE!

Acting as a cohesive unit with the clinic BCBA to assist in materials creation and activities.

A knowledgeable team of RBTs that works together to problem solve and provide maximum progression for our clients.

- Client Assistance

What It Will Take:
- Assist in morning client check-in process (following current COVID protocols)
- Provide client coverage as needed within the clinic; act as a floater RBT
- Provide 5-10 min breaks to RBTs as needed
- Clean / Organize clinic as needed
- Assist in activities set up and lunch preparation
- Attend group social activities outside the clinic (i.e. walks / playground)
- BCBA Assistance
Acting as a cohesive unit with the clinic BCBA to assist in materials creation and activities.
What It Will Take:
- Create materials for learning under the guidance of the BCBA
- Assist in activities planning under the guidance of the BCBA
- Train RBTs
A knowledgeable team of RBTs that works together to problem solve and provide maximum progression for our clients.
What It Will Take:
- Train fellow RBTs under the guidance of the BCBA
- Provide support to fellow RBTs under the guidance of the BCBA
Salary : $19
