The Director of Network Operations is responsible for delivering and executing the post-acute network strategy for ABOUT Healthcare. This role will lead a team responsible for implementing technology that enables timely communication between health systems and post-acute providers. This role will partner closely with our client success team, clients and network providers to strategically and operationally drive performance with the ultimate goal of enabling timely patient transitions from the acute care setting to the post acute care settings. This role oversees network implementation to ensure accurate and timely setup of providers implementing the ABOUT solution for transitions of care. This role will partner closely with our intelligence team to implement the use of actionable data intelligence to drive market and segment performance over time. Management of execution of technical product training and product information for ABOUT customers. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing a wide range of initiatives, operations, and key projects across the organization and requires the ability to excel in cross-functional leadership. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can balance both the high-level vision and the operational execution required to drive the company's growth and success.
This position is based at the St. Paul, MN office 2-3 days/week.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Oversee network operations initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of executive leadership
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
- Improve current processes and optimize our network procedures for efficiency and productivity
- Partner with C-level and other executives to accomplish short and long-term operational goals, effectively partnering on financial planning, strategy development and execution, and collaborating in cross-functional environments
- Assist leadership and peers in continuous quality improvement by offering ideas to optimize network performance, provider engagement, operational efficiencies, and implementation or project efforts
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
QUALIFICATIONS:

Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant healthcare, business or equivalent. Prefer a Master's (or comparable advanced) degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of prior health system and/or healthcare IT leadership experience.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience working in a private equity-funded, emerging growth organization.
- Lean Six Sigma and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Demonstrated strong administrative leadership and senior management experience
- Experience in various aspects of healthcare, such as hospital administration, health plan operations, outpatient services, ambulatory care, value based reimbursement
- Experience managing both indirectly and directly across multiple projects and teams
- Must possess political savvy, ability to function effectively in the face of ambiguity and excellent relationship-building skills
- Superior leadership, organizational, analytical, oral and written communication, presentation, interpersonal skill to facilitate effective relationships inside and outside of ABOUT
