Aboveboard Medical Staffing is Hiring an Assisted Living Facility Administrator Near Clemmons, NC

We are seeking an Assistant Living Facility Administrator to manage our facility in Clemmons, North Carolina. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations of the community, including full profit and loss responsibilities. You will serve as the community sales leader and liaison. Your goal will be to plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of the operations. You will recruit and train team members to create and maintain a highly functioning team environment. Comply with all local, state and federal regulations and focuses on creating a safe working and living environment. Our team will be looking to you to maintain a positive working relationships with all residents, resident family members, employees, and the business community

Responsibilities include:

  • On site executive for all operations, acting as contact for all staff, residents, prospects, community organizations, government agencies and the public
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
  • Understand the community’s care regulations and support the resident care program by regularly meeting with the Resident Care Director to discuss and address concerns of the department.
  • Create a retention program with existing residents through a proactive program with the highest renewal rate possible.
  • Provides leadership for staff and residents; pro-actively solves problems and issues.
  • Reviews hiring, promotions, disciplinary actions and termination of employment of employees with attention paid to consistency in the selection and retention of quality personnel
  • Maintains buildings, grounds and property through the oversight of preventative maintenance systems and programs, and frequent inspections.

Qualifications

  • Assisted Living Administrator Experience - 5 years
  • Ability to empower team and retain staff
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in marketing to the community
