Scheduler | Staff Coordinator | Full time

The Scheduler is responsible to support and maintain the scheduling for our internal staffing division. The Scheduler will be responsible for the overall schedule, time verification, testing monitoring, daily communication with designated staff and payroll functions. This position supports the overall operation of the Agency. This is a non-managerial position. This position will offer full time hours in our Willoughby, OH office. This position typically works M-F 8a-4p.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinates needs of our facilities with staff availability
Maximizes schedule potential for all staff
Verifies visit times
Replaces call-offs with available staff
Communicates with staff and facilities
Various duties as assigned

IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE:

Exceptional customer service skills
Have a minimum of 1 years of recent staffing scheduling experience preferably in a healthcare industry, skilled nursing facility or staffing agency
Be able to multi-task
Be detail oriented and exhibit exceptional organizational skills
Be courteous, professional
Be able to set, meet deadlines
Be concise and accurate in work preparation
