We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Management Trainee to help drive our fundraising efforts in the local area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing client relationships, increasing brand awareness, and supporting sales initiatives through exceptional customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Increase awareness and drive engagement with potential customers through sales presentations
- Promote our clients products and services to local customers, enhancing brand presence
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
- Collaborate with team members to optimize outcomes and contribute to business growth
- Participate in ongoing training to develop new skills and refine existing ones
- Provide feedback to management to improve customer experience and sales processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, communications, marketing) preferred
- 1 years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, or a similar role
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Passion for client success and driving results
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
