Responsibilities & Wage:

• $19.00-$22.00 per hour depending on experience and certifications ($23-$27 after 2,000 hours in pool)
• Teach learn-to-swim and water safety to all ages
• Update student accounts and notes and give skill updates to parents
• Create a fun and safe environment for all
• Smile and have fun during your entire shift :D

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be Reliable - your students depend on it!
• Must be able to commit for at least 6 months, or until Summer end
• Must be able to work afternoon/evening and at least one weekend day shift is required
• Must be able to attend Wednesday training meetings from 7:30p-9:45p
• Passionate about teaching and working with children
• Outgoing and fun personality
• Ability to work in the water for long periods (breaks provided)
• Strong communication skills towards students and customers
• Great attitude and willingness to be coached
• The ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
