Technicians / Operators / Entry Level Workers - Urgently Needed

Acara Solutions is seeking Technicians/Operators to join our client's team in Tolleson, AZ.

Full-time, direct hire with great benefits

Paying between $20-35/hr BOE

Day and night shifts available (12-hour shifts, compressed schedule)

Shift options:

5:45am-5:45pm Sun-Tues, every other Wednesday

5:45am-5:45pm Thurs-Sat, every other Wednesday

5:45pm-5:45am Sun-Tues, every other Wednesday

5:45pm-5:45am Thurs-Sat, every other Wednesday

Duties and responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery involved in the production Including but not limited to, photovoltaic cell manufacturing, soldering, encapsulation, and testing equipment.
• Monitor production processes, equipment parameters, and environmental conditions to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to specifications.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. Participate in safety training sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of safety measures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in manufacturing.
