  • Provide insight and analysis of all ACBJ printed products as it relates to production and
  • Responsible for annual Statement of Ownership filing with the USPS for all ACBJ Periodical publications. Maintaining spreadsheets that compile the weekly data, outputting of PS Form 3526, filing forms with USPS, coordinating required publication of statement with all titles.
  • Responsible for twice-yearly Alliance for Audited Media (AAM) audits. Provide all data required for AAM audit for all ACBJ products. Provide monthly Events/Attendees & Newsletter reports.
  • Approve supplied inserts for compliance to postal regulations.
  • Maintain printer specific spreadsheet used by Sales Training & Development.
  • Obtain weights/advertising percentages weekly for all markets for use in label presort process.
  • Oversee weekly production by the Production Specialist of updates and label output files for mailing for all publications. Provide guidance and training of postal rules & regulations as it applies to each mailing.
  • Maintain good working relationships with printers and USPS Business Mail Entry Units (BMEU) & Pricing & Classification Service Center (PCSC).
  • Coordinate Book of List (BOL) mailings and supplemental BOL mailings for all markets.
  • Work with Operations/Printing Consultant on various projects including printer changes, new press startups, format changes etc. Providing expertise in distribution and efficiencies in postal related issues.
  • Administrator of USPS Business Customer Gateway. Monitor Enterprise Payment System (EPS) for postage payment. Permit payment & renewals of all associated permits for mailings. Monitor Mailer Scorecard for postal processing errors.
  • Work with Corporate Business Managers on invoice discrepancies from printers or monthly postage variances.
  • Attend Focus Group & National Postal Forums as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Position located in Charlotte, North Carolina
  • Hybrid in- office/remote schedule
  • In-office Monday thru Wednesday. Remote Thursday and Friday
  • Ability to work independently with autonomy in addition to collaborating with top-notch team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to make operational adjustments in coordination with the Senior Director of Audience Operations
  • Office 365 suite proficiency
