Customer Service Representative
We are a locally owned, full-service institutional food service distributor specializing in the distribution of quality foods to restaurants, schools, and institutional facilities in and around Georgia. Based in Leesburg, GA we employ over 40 full-time employees and 60 plus full-time, temporary employees through various staffing agencies. We offer a wide variety of employment opportunities from warehouse, forklift operators, supervisors, accounting, customer service, sales, and drivers.
Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Processing orders and requests.
- Sales experience.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications / Skills:
- Attention to detail.
- Interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Accurate typing and 10 key skills.
- Demonstrates an uncompromising level of integrity and code of ethics.
- Demonstrates a high sense of urgency.
- Data entry skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Acts with a flexible, team, and goal-oriented approach.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- 6 months – 1-year Customer Service Experience and Sales Experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Salary and Benefits:
- Hours for this role are full-time, permanent 35-40 Hrs. Per Week.
