What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead our candidate attraction strategy, focusing on hiring both junior and senior professionals.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Write and manage high-quality job adverts, leveraging job boards and networks to attract top candidates.
- Maintain excellent candidate management, ensuring a positive experience at every stage.
- Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment goals with the company’s growth strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of agency recruitment experience.
- Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in tech recruitment is a plus.
