Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining business to business relationships to generate and expand accounts and revenue. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for the Automotive Industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Cultivate, develop, and maintain long term B2B relationships with dealership/groups, rental car companies, and private parties through face-to-face interaction and cold calling
- Will work closely with dispatch team to target new opportunities in different regions
- Act as major point of contact for all accounts you represent
- Maintain excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Occasional travel to visit larger customers local, regional, and national
- Create presentations and proposals
- Must be a self-starter and comfortable working alone in busy environments, such as auto auctions and dealerships
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends, across time zones, as customer needs warrant
- Other duties as assigned
- Identify and qualify all “Decision Makers” in key and target accounts
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
- Prior sales experience is a must
- Knowledge/experience of auto industry or auto industry relationships is preferred
- A working knowledge of Salesforce is preferred
- Microsoft Office experience, Microsoft Excel proficiency required
- Must have the ability to learn customer service and sales software applications
- Ability to effectively communicate in various forms such a phone, email, etc. in a professional manner
- Availability to travel as needed in-state, regional, and nationally
- Ability to type 40 wpm minimum, data entry experience preferred
- Must have high attention to detail and consistency in work
- Ability to work with minimal supervision with general direction from the position supervisor
Compensation & Benefits:
- $60,000 - $150,000 / Year (Salary & Bonus Structure)
