Accelon Inc is Hiring a Laboratory Technician Near Durham, NC
DescriptionOur Partner is seeking a Laboratory Technician, the person would be reporting to the LC LC/MS Group Lead. The candidate will support the Chemistry and Regulatory Testing and regulatory submission for our Partner. The position will be located on-site in the Durham, NC laboratory.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine collection of aerosol samples from ENDS devices.
- Perform preparation of samples for analysis.
- Cleaning of laboratory glassware.
- Write and review scientific documents in a timely manner (SOPs, VOPs, and Work Instructions).
- Manage the regulatory documents systematically in a highly organized fashion.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Associate Degree in biology, chemistry or related field with a focus in sample preparation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with sample preparation.
- Ability to prepare clear and concise written documents.
- Ability to communicate issues in a succinct and logical manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- High motivation and flexibility.
- ENDS or nicotine related products experience is preferred.
- Experience in a regulated laboratory environment such as ISO 17025 is preferred but not required.
