We are currently seeking a Rewinder Operator (Night Shift) for our Sugar Land, Texas facility.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Operate the rewinder machine to cut, rewind, and shape plastic rolls according to technical specifications.
• Inspect input materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Set up and adjust machine parameters as required for production.
• Monitor the machine’s operation, detect issues, and resolve them promptly.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for periodic servicing to ensure smooth machine performance.
• Record daily production reports.
• Comply with safety procedures and maintain workplace cleanliness.
Knowledge, Experience AND Skill:
• Experience operating rewinder machines or similar production machinery (preferred).
• Knowledge of mechanics or electrical systems is an advantage.
• Good physical health, able to work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
• Bilingual: English Vietnamese (preferred)
Hourly Rate: $14-$15 per hour. $2.00 shift differential if work Night Shift.
