THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, with 8 years of relevant experience in a big four setting or progressive industry roles.
• Proven expertise in ESG reporting standards such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD, along with a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape.
• Strong leadership skills demonstrated through experience in building and managing high-performing global teams in a matrix organization.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a hands-on approach to developing processes and internal controls, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
