- Travel ~25%-30% across the US and at least once a year to Europe
- Provide and help align organizational strategies with executive leadership
- Drive employee engagement and cultivate a strong sense of belonging across the organization through targeted initiatives and programs.
- Lead succession planning and employee development efforts, ensuring that top talent is nurtured and prepared for future leadership roles.
- Oversee HR functions, including payroll, organizational design, policies, employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and compensation, using systems such as Flexpay and SAP.
- Travel to various locations across the US and headquarters in Europe annually to support HR initiatives and foster a cohesive global company culture.
- Demonstrated HR leadership expertise with a deep understanding leading all HR functions, including employee relations, talent management, compensation, succession planning, professional development, organizational design, and more.
- Strong background in driving organizational change and implementing HR processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within the retail, multisite, industry is required. Luxury is preferred.
- Ability to coach and support leadership, especially in navigating cultural differences and aligning with the broader organizational goals.
- Experience managing and developing direct reports, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
