- Leads oversight of profitability, investment performance, governance, operating model, vendor management and strategic direction of investment products.
- Oversees structuring changes of products or accounts and fosters strategic partnership between product management and portfolio management, legal, accounting, and client servicing teams.
- Leads monitoring efforts of governance matters with various private fund boards and internal committees relating to product development and administration.
- Verifies that clients are provided with excellent customer service and expert assistance on assigned product matters by designated team members.
- 5 years of experience in Digital Product Management is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Financial services experience working with sales and service organizations
- Previous experience with CRM solutions
- Experience translating business success factors into analytics, then designing and implementing analytical dashboards
- Experience delivering products in an Agile environment
- Ability to convey complex ideas to both business and technical audiences
- Knowledge of agile development and JIRA work tools a plus.
