Office Customer Service / Scheduler Role (Kearny Mesa area of San Diego)

We are excited to launch our search for our next Office Team Members. This Customer Service role will be working from our office in San Diego.
As a professional In-office customer service professional you will be in contact with our internal customer and fellow co-workers to provide scheduling support and other support services via incoming and outgoing phone calls. Your friendly phone demeanor and helpful persona will make our technicians feel valued and enable them to provide excellent services to the communities we are privileged to serve.
Service with a smile: You will also perform outgoing customer calls to collect and confirm data, assist with vendors, scheduling, troubleshooting and leave customers and potential customers feeling like a VIP.
It goes with out saying that you provide genuine service with a smile that is projected on the other side of the phone. Did I mention that you love to talk on the phone ?
It may sound like a Latte but did you say that Patience is your middle name? You can expect to educate your phone callers about our company and how we do things. You'll leave the caller feel good about the decision to use our services so they'll tell their neighbor.
We have a team of customer service in-house representatives and we are looking to add experienced team members with that extra pep in their step to join our seasoned company. The ideal person will already have a few years of experience as a professional in-house customer service representative. As an experienced office professional you will also be responsible for reports, data entry, emails and support documentation throughout the work day.
Requires basic typing, email, computer skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Must be computer savvy and quick to learn new technology.
Candidates with at least 1 year of customer service and office experience encouraged to apply.
Spanish is a plus.
The starting shift hours are between 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Office operations and shift to be assigned between the hours of 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm based on business needs.
