Acme Graphics LLC (a manufacturer of funeral stationery) is seeking an energetic person who enjoys building lasting customer relationships over the phone. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, and motivated to work in a team environment. Excellent data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products are required.

Role Overview:
As a key team member, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships including taking orders for manufactured products, data entry, telephone communication, and invoicing.

What We Offer:
Acme Graphics provides a starting wage of $15 to $16 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Full-time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental and Vision benefits program as well as a 401(k) program.

Job Duties:

· Receive orders from and maintain relationships with distributors via phone, email, fax and website.

· Enter sales orders into SAGE 100, confirm inventory levels to fulfill orders and communicate details on each order to production staff via standard sales order, meetings or one-on-one communication.

· Communicate order status, business related information and product information to customers.

· Maintain current knowledge and resource materials on pricing and products.

· Process billings.

· Provide price information to customers on custom products with assistance from Inventory Management.

· Complete type setting for custom orders.

· Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.

· Maintain filing system.

· Answer and place telephone calls.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree with business related focus and 2 years’ experience or 5 years customer service experience preferably in an on-demand manufacturing environment are a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize job activities for maximum efficiency.
