Job Title: LMS Systems Developer

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Mandatory Qualifications

• Experience working as a Software Engineer or in an equivalent role.
• Hands-on experience in LMS development.
• Experience using Articulate to develop learning content.
• Strong understanding of process automation concepts, including workflow design, exception handling, and error management.
• Experience with process discovery, requirements gathering, and solution architecture.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience with one or more UI frameworks like MAUI, WinUI, or ReactJS.
• Experience with diagramming using the BPMN 2.0 methodology.
• Experience with adult learning theory is a plus.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to identify enhancement opportunities and drive improvements in LMS systems.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to improve developer velocity and ensure high-quality code.
• Lead the development and maintenance of automated workflows, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of system processes to ensure robustness and accuracy.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the team, fostering their professional growth.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate LMS solutions into existing systems and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in Learning Management System technology.
