Job Title: RAMS Engineer

Job Description

Perform all required project RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety) tasks at system, subsystem, or equipment level as per applicable instructions/processes and specific customer requirements. Develop RAMS plans and System Safety Assurance analyses according to safety standards. Review and contribute to the assessment of RAMS performance and the identification of necessary RAMS requirements to achieve RAMS targets. Develop system/sub-system architecture based on safety requirements, generate and review Safety Assessment deliverables such as Reliability Report, FMEA/FMECA, FTA, RBD, SEU, SEE, MBU, CMA. Prepare for and conduct design reviews (PDR, DDR, CDR, PRR) as required, and effectively plan, manage, and support the certification process.

Hard Skills

• Reliability Prediction experience with BOMs and schematics
• Experience with Functional Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
• Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) with digital and analog products
• Experience in a regulated industry with electronic products (Medical, Nuclear, Aerospace, Rail, Automotive)
• Experience working with in Functional Safety, DO-254, DO-178
• Experience with SSA Tools
• Strong knowledge of ARP4761/ARP 4754A processes

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Environment

Hybrid work setup, requiring onsite presence for training and initial weeks. Post-training, onsite presence required for at least 3 days a week.
