Position Summary :

An On-site Coordinator is an integral part of the recruiting and retention process that works closely with HR and Operations on programs to help improve retention and employee morale.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with On-boarding new employees for the first 90-days
• Ensure new employees understand the company culture and rapidly develop effective relationships with co-workers so that they feel a part of the team
• Ensure new hires understand all the work rules and are started off with a high level of accountability for attendance and performance
• Ensure proper training and education on core values, company procedures, safety, and health
• Must be an excellent role model for all of the expectations including attendance, core values, relationships, and procedural efficiency
• Ability to maintain a disciplined structure with proper documentation and reporting
• Ability to work closely with management team to ensure successful assimilation into the production process
• Organize and conduct follow-up meetings with employees for feedback and recognition
• Have a major positive impact on 90-day retention.
