Action Property Management is seeking a full-time Luxury Residential Bell Person/ Door Host to join our team at our association, Millennium Tower, in San Francisco.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that everyone is greeted with the utmost expression of gracious hospitality
- Ensure the timely delivery of luggages, packages, groceries, etc.
- Always be available to partner with Concierges and Door Hosts
- Remain in assigned post position, maintaining correct stance. Serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests entering the lobby or calling the association
- Maintain clear passage of the car drop off area and sidewalks into the building
- Secure taxicabs for Residents and Guests
- Support Valet in assisting Residents and Guests into and out of their vehicles
- Assist Residents and Guests with the loading and unloading of packages and luggage into and out of their vehicles
- Assure safety and security of all luggage and packages
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Communicate politely and clearly, both in person and over the phone
- Possess a working knowledge of the Association's rules, policies, and procedures
- Be familiar with the Association's amenities and surroundings to assist residents and guests effectively
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Luxury hotel or luxury property management experience preferred
- Polished and professional presentation and demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication
