We are seeking a diligent Lawn Care Technician to join our team in creating stunning outdoor living environments. This role involves more than just mowing lawns; you'll be part of a team that transforms landscapes with features like Koi ponds, waterfalls, and retaining walls in beautiful, high-end properties.
Key Responsibilities :
- Mow lawns and perform general maintenance tasks including weed whacking
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of outdoor features such as koi ponds, waterfalls, pond lighting, and moss rock designs
- Operate landscaping equipment including Bobcats and Dingo’s for moving large stones and constructing retaining walls
- Work on projects in million-dollar homes, ensuring the highest quality standards
- Install and maintain low-maintenance plants and low-voltage landscape lighting
- Set up pond less water features, outcropping boulders, stacked slate urns, spillway bowls, and waterfalls / streams
Qualifications :
Must have own transportation and a valid driver’s license
Must be able to pass pre employment back ground check
Must be able to pass pre employment drug screen
Ability to operate heavy equipment is desirable but not mandatory; training can be provided
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Team player with good communication skills
