We’re looking for a Branch Manager to lead our full-service vehicle repair shop, offering everything from alignments and suspension work to brakes, oil changes, tires, and more.

Responsibilities:
As our Branch Manager, you will:
- Oversee daily operations of the repair shop to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled technicians and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Manage customer relationships, providing exceptional service and resolving concerns promptly.
- Track shop performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, revenue, and operational efficiency.
- Handle scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Actively promote shop services to grow the customer base and build community relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a branch manager or in a leadership role within an vehicle repair environment.
- Strong understanding of vehicle repair services, including alignments, suspension systems, brakes, tires, oil changes, parts and more.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Proficient in inventory and workflow management tools.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
