OVERVIEW AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Vice President of Operations will lead and oversee the payroll and billing departments. The VP of Operations will ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of payroll and billing processes, while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The VP of Operations will play a crucial role in the strategic planning, innovation and continuous improvement for Acumen’s growth and development.
- Leadership and Management
Lead and manage the payroll and billing teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
Develop and implement strategic plans for payroll and billing operations to align with organizational goals
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in payroll and billing operations
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and billing regulations
Oversee the preparation and management of payroll and billing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of payroll and billing processes
Evaluate and implement payroll and billing software and systems to improve operational efficiency
Prepare and present regular reports on payroll and billing activities to senior management
Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of payroll and billing records to ensure accuracy and compliance
