• 🔍 Conduct in-depth legal research and gather crucial case information like a pro.
• 📝 Draft top-notch legal documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery materials.
• 📂 Keep case files organized, accessible, and up-to-date-your system will be the gold standard.
• 📊 Manage case management databases and ensure deadlines are never missed.
• 👩‍⚖️ Prepare witnesses and evidence to shine in the courtroom spotlight.
• 📅 Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, and court appearances without a hitch.
• 🗣 Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and expert witnesses like a true professional.
• 🖋 Summarize depositions, interrogatories, medical records, and testimony into concise, actionable insights.
• 👨‍⚖️ Be the attorney's right hand during trials, providing on-site support as needed.
• ✅ Ensure strict compliance with court rules, procedures, and deadlines.

What We're Looking For:

• 🎓 Experience: 2-3 years of complex personal injury litigation experience (multistate is a plus!).
• ✍️ Writing Skills: You're a wordsmith who crafts clear, concise, and compelling legal documents.
• 🧐 Attention to Detail: Proofreading is your second nature, and accuracy is non-negotiable.
• 💻 Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with legal software is a big plus.
• 🤝 Team Player: You thrive working both independently and collaboratively.
• ☎️ Communication: Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to handle clients and stakeholders like a champ.
