We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Answer all incoming emails
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform data entry, clerical tasks, and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Provide general support to staff as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computerized systems
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and office management procedures
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is preferred
