Addison Behavioral Resources is looking for additional team members, to join our amazing group of caring, dedicated, and professional staff. We are committed to increasing the independence in individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities through the provision of intensive services based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). We are currently looking for team members who are serious about helping others, that can be reliable and care about those we serve to join our wonderful team.
Responsibilities-
· Implement 1:1 direct ABA intervention in home and/or school settings
· Collect accurate, ongoing data on children’s programs
· Conduct Parent education on correct implementation of ABA principles
· Clear communication with all team members
· Participation in team meetings and ongoing trainings
Qualifications and Education Requirements-
· High School Diploma
.Preferred but not required, BA/BS degree or degree in progress (with at least 12 units completed), in psychology, sociology, early childhood development, education, social work, behavior sciences, human development, or related fields.
· Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferred but not required
· Ability to provide negative TB test
· Pass DOJ/FBI fingerprinting
· Provide proof of COVID vaccination or exemption
· Valid California Driver’s license
· Must have reliable transportation, and valid automobile Insurance
· Must be available in afternoons and evenings
· Must be reliable and have good interpersonal skills

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 32 per week
