One of Addison Group’s nonprofit clients is seeking a Recruiter (Bilingual) to support their HR team. The ideal candidate should have recruiting experience within a scientific, research or academic based setting.
Job Details:
- Title: Bilingual Recruiter
- Type: Contract
- Location: Remote
- Pay Rate: $26-30/hr, depending on experience
- Length: 3-4 months
- Background Check: Yes
Candidate profile and qualifications
- Experience in – 3-4 years of recruiting experience
- Bilingual in Spanish is a must have requirement!
- Proficient in – Microsoft Office Suite, ATS
- Soft Skills – Attention to detail, organized, ability to work independently, strong communication skills
- Education – BA/BS Degree required
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Assist in negotiating salaries and benefits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
