Lead UX Engineer

Location (3 days onsite): Fort Worth, TX (Local candidates preferred)

Experience:

• 7 years in UX design and engineering
• Strong experience with UX best practices, wireframing, and visual design

As a Lead UX Engineer, you will lead the design and development of engaging user experiences, encompassing user research, conceptual design, prototyping, usability testing, and implementation. This role requires strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design to create intuitive, user-centered interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and detailed designs based on user needs and project requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders in a fast-paced Agile environment to define UX design solutions
• Work hands-on with CSS and HTML5 to create responsive, accessible interfaces
• Communicate effectively with client stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating on designs
• Lead usability testing to validate design concepts and ensure high user satisfaction
