We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about hospitality, takes pride in their work, and is committed to ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and exceptional dining experience. As the Food and Beverage Manager overseeing restaurant service, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, guest service, and overall performance. You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure food quality meets our high standards and assist with menu planning, inventory control, and cost management.

Education & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage management or similar leadership roles in a high-paced restaurant environment.
- Proven track record in leading and developing front-of-house teams, ensuring exceptional guest service and efficient restaurant operations.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and safe food handling practices.
- Experience in managing operational costs, including labor, inventory, and ordering processes, to maintain profitability.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software, such as POS systems, scheduling, inventory management, and cost control tools.
