This will be a hybrid remote position.
Position Overview:
As a Remote Sales Representative, you will be the key to building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving business growth. You will sell our rolloff dumpsters and portable toilet services to construction, event planning, and other commercial industries. This role requires a combination of excellent sales skills, industry knowledge, and a strong customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Sell rolloff dumpster and portable toilet services to businesses, contractors, and event planners and individuals.
- Understand client needs and provide customized service solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline, track activities, and report on sales performance.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to clients.
- Negotiate pricing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to build rapport and develop long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Pipedrive or similar).
- A high school diploma is required; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the rolloff or portable toilet industry.
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.
- Experience working remotely and managing your own sales schedule.
