Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior iOS Developer to join our team, focusing on the development of our hybrid application, Menlo. This role requires a strong technical background in iOS development and a passion for advancing digital finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and support external client-facing web and mobile applications.
Create and maintain custom Cordova plugins, including hooks.
Conduct annual maintenance on the codebase and automated build scripts to ensure compatibility with the latest iOS and Xcode updates.
Maintain certificates and signing, including certificate pinning, provisioning profiles, and push notification certificates.
Monitor production feedback, crash reports, and analytics to proactively address issues.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to resolve development and build process challenges.
Train web application developers on hybrid app building and debugging.
Required
Proficiency in Objective-C, Swift 5.5, and C .
Extensive experience with iOS APIs (e.g., Local Authentication, WebKit, Networking).
Strong understanding of iOS programming concepts (e.g., Threading, Crash Analysis, Swizzling).
JavaScript programming experience using Node, with familiarity in hybrid app debugging via Safari.
Experience with Git submodules and NPM package publishing.
Proficient with Cordova command line tools and the latest Xcode and xcodebuild.
Additional Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Desired Skills
Experience developing APIs.
Familiarity with Android app development.
Strong User Experience Skills.
Note: On-site work is required for device debugging via USB
