• Consists of answering the phone and replying to emails
• Recruiting applicants for interviews
• Completing Hiring Process
• Promoting policies of the company
• Complying with safety protocols
• Able to handle all employee and client needs that may arise
• Creating job postings online
• Having exceptional oral and written communication skills is necessary for interacting with candidates and potential clients.
• Being organized, planning ahead, and decision making are key factors
