Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals to build a talent pool of qualified candidates
- Supporting our recruiting processes as it relates to sourcing and identifying candidates
- Conducting research to understand the market and competitive factors
Qualifications:
MUST have healthcare recruitment experience. Highly preferable to have experience with Bullhorn ATS and experience doing perm recruitment. Tech-savvy and familiar with different cloud-based software.
