Research and Development Associate I

Job Summary :
The Research and Development Associate I is responsible for supporting the key functional, tactical, and operational aspects of QC Microbiology. This position will focus on environmental and utility monitoring, sampling, and testing. The ideal candidate should possess a fundamental understanding of Quality Systems and be able to apply these principles to daily functions while adhering to GMP standards. This role requires effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision within a team framework across all business areas.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform sampling and testing in support of QC Microbiology functions.
- Provide timely review and correction of data and documentation generated by QC Microbiology.
- Initiate exceptions / deviations as necessary and support investigations.
- Maintain effective laboratory systems to ensure the integrity of results.
- Participate in basic technical problem-solving and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
