General Responsibilities:
• Actively recruit, interview, and hire candidates for diverse general labor positions.
• Ability to work and fill high volume orders.
• Conduct meticulous pre-employment screening procedures.
• Ensure all onboarding paperwork is complete, accurate, and adheres to checklist requirements.
• Innovatively recruit temporary employees, maintaining a consistent and robust candidate flow through effective sourcing methods.
• Skillfully assign and place qualified temporary employees to customer work orders.
• Maintain vigilance in processing I-9’s, ensuring correct completion, signing, and filing according to requirements.
• Timely input job orders and employee application information into the database.
• Safeguard the confidentiality of all customer and temporary associate information.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer and temporary associate records in the database.
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of labor laws and ensure compliance
• Assist Branch Manager in any other tasks needed.
Requirements:
• Clear and effective communication, both written and oral, with employees, management, and clients.
• Application of effective management and leadership techniques.
• Knowledge of employment-related labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to identify and define issues/problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions and solutions.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for composing routine reports and correspondence.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills; accuracy is non-negotiable.
• Effective interpretation of information and skillful gathering and analysis of data.
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish is an absolute MUST
• Experience in Kronos and Avionte BOLD a plus!
