The role youll contribute :
The Central Processor functions as a member of the support team for the hospital. He / she is responsible for the decontamination and sterilization of instrumentation and equipment used in providing direct patient care. The Central Processor is cross-trained to assume all responsibilities within the scope of the Central Processing Department.
The value youll bring to the team :
Accurately assemble instrument trays.
Sterilize instruments.
Return sterile instruments to their proper location.
Stock patient care equipment.
Ability to operate Steam Sterilizers
Ability to operate Washer Disinfector
