You are a fully registered and insurance licensed individual with experience in the wealth management industry. You desire an opportunity to be part of a growing team with the potential to build your own practice as a financial advisor. You have an analytical mind and a knowledge of financial instruments used in the financial planning process. These are the soft skills you possess:

The Job Responsibilities –
- Prepare financial plans – gather client data, such as financial goals and risk tolerance, and use software to prepare financial plans
- Provide recommendations based on research and analysis of a client’s financial situation
- Review client finances annually to ensure their financial strategy is up to date; support financial planners through meeting prep, during meetings and post meeting follow-up with clients
- Perform research and provide financial planners with updated projections
- Maintain client records and ensure compliance
- Assist with new business: may assist with marketing efforts and new business development
- Respond to client inquiries.
Key requirements –
· FINRA Series 7, 66, and CA Life & Health license
· Bachelor’s degree is preferred
· Ideally you have the CFP designation, or are in the process of obtaining it
· Prior industry experience is required; preferably supporting a financial advisor providing knowledge of the financial instruments used in the planning process
· Strong verbal and written communication
· Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
· Knowledge of eMoney, and Voyant; ability to learn new systems quickly
